Person-Centred Experiential Counselling tailored for Neurodiversity, Trauma, and deep Personal Growth.
Hello, and a very warm welcome. My name is Jessica (she/her). As a BACP accredited counsellor, my practice is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to lead, but to walk alongside you offering a safe, non-judgmental, and authentic space.
Whether navigating neurodiversity, trauma, or periods of low mood, we move at your pace. I bring specialised knowledge in Trauma-Informed Care and Counselling for Depression (CfD), ensuring our work is not just supportive, but transformative.
A practice built for minds that work differently. Whether diagnosed, questioning, or late-diagnosed, this is a space where your way of being is understood and respected.
Celebrating identity in all its forms. I offer a safe haven for exploring gender, sexuality, and the unique challenges faced by the community.
Safety, choice, and collaboration. Working with the impact of past events, abuse, or grief at a pace that ensures you always feel grounded and in control.
"I chose Person-Centred Experiential counselling because healing is rooted in the quality of the connection."
Based on the groundbreaking work of Carl Rogers. I offer Empathy, Congruence, and Unconditional Positive Regard to help you unlock your own inner wisdom.
We focus on your resilience. By integrating self-compassion, we counter harsh inner critics and move from survival to genuine thriving.

Ask a QuestionAbsolutely not. Therapy is a proactive way to maintain emotional health, manage life transitions, stress, or relationship difficulties. You do not need to be at "rock bottom" to benefit.
Consistency is key. I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
Currently, all sessions are conducted remotely via telephone or secure video link to ensure accessibility.
I do not provide crisis services, inpatient care, or support for active, unmanaged substance dependency. I also do not conduct court-mandated assessments.
